We always advise that before deciding on which care home is the right one, you should come and visit, meet the staff and chat to the residents about their experiences at the Annacliffe Care Home. Make sure the care team answer all your questions and please visit us as often as you wish. When you are ready for care, you are given an individual assessment so as to ensure all your care needs are met, whether you are here for residential care, respite, short term care or day care. We like to meet you and get to know you, along with listening to your everyday likes and dislikes. Each resident has a named key carer to ensure consistency of care. They will spend time getting to know their residents and liase with family members keeping them up to date with their care. We welcome relatives, friends at any time and like them to be involved in their loved-one's care and also to be part of the care home's life.
